Scream VI Review

Out of all the horror movie franchises, Scream has never bored me, unless you watched the third one then that’s a different story. It takes place not long after the events of the fifth movie where the survivors stick together and try to move on with their lives while holding up in New York City. The sequel definitely didn’t disappoint and we even saw the return of a character everyone thought was dead. In my opinion this one was better than the previous one and the fifth one was pretty good, too.

The bad: Some parts are repetitive such as recycled bits of dialogue from previous movies. Like we get it, someone is trying to get revenge because of something that happened in the previous films.

The good: I just really enjoy Jenna and Melissa’s chemistry in these films and their chemistry with the other amazing actors. Plus they aren’t your typical damsels in distress, they’ll kick some butt without a second thought.

My rating: 7.5/10

IMDB: 6.6/10

Rotten Tomatoes: 76%

If you love the Scream movies then I highly recommend this movie.

The Evil Dead 2023 review

First and foremost, I’m terribly sorry I haven’t been on here. Life has been absolutely crazy, but enough about me and on to the review.

As previous installments of this movie have been amazing dating all the way back to the eighties with the amazing Bruce Campbell and then to the infamous scream queen, Jane Levy comes an even more gruesome movie. I really enjoyed this movie where gore and blood get a whole new meaning where a Mother of three along with her younger sister have to survive a night of hell in a soon to be destroyed apartment building.

The bad: If you’re someone who likes children I wouldn’t recommend this movie because they didn’t hold back and didn’t give anybody a free pass in this movie. That’s really the only bad part

The good: The gore didn’t disappoint and the story was well thought out. It even sets you up for another movie. The acting was superb along with the special effects.

My rating: 7/10

IMDB: 6.7/10

Rotten Tomatoes: 84%

A must see movie that keeps you on the edge of your seat or if you’re a scaredy cat, under your seat.

Tombstone review

I’d never seen Tombstone before and my sister wanted me to do a review so here goes. It’s just a typical western, you know “this town ain’t big enough for the two of us” type deal and some of it was predictable. The acting was very good though and Kurt Russell and Val Kilmer really made it worth watching. 8.0/10 is my rating. IMDb 7.8/10 Rotten Tomatoes 74%

Ron’s gone wrong review

I very much enjoyed this movie. It teaches you that you don’t need social media or followers to enjoy your friends and that we have more to offer than the internet. The only negative thing I have to say is that there were some mood swings between the main character and how he felt about his friend(Ron) and how the robot had homicidal tendencies. Other than that I give this movie a 7.4/10 for its cuteness. IMDb 7.1/10 Rotten Tomatoes 80%

House of Gucci review

The movie itself had some minor issues but overall was filled with lots of drama and superb acting, however they were some parts that left me confused with what year it was. It started out in 1978 Milan and would jump randomly without any indication of what happened in the gap. The music didn’t fit the scenes and they made a boo boo in Patrizia’s age. Overall Lady Gaga and Adam Driver really made this film worth watching and their Italian accents were spot on. My review: 6.4/10 IMDb:7.0/10 Rotten Tomatoes:62%
