The Evil Dead 2023 review

First and foremost, I’m terribly sorry I haven’t been on here. Life has been absolutely crazy, but enough about me and on to the review.

As previous installments of this movie have been amazing dating all the way back to the eighties with the amazing Bruce Campbell and then to the infamous scream queen, Jane Levy comes an even more gruesome movie. I really enjoyed this movie where gore and blood get a whole new meaning where a Mother of three along with her younger sister have to survive a night of hell in a soon to be destroyed apartment building.

The bad: If you’re someone who likes children I wouldn’t recommend this movie because they didn’t hold back and didn’t give anybody a free pass in this movie. That’s really the only bad part

The good: The gore didn’t disappoint and the story was well thought out. It even sets you up for another movie. The acting was superb along with the special effects.

My rating: 7/10

IMDB: 6.7/10

Rotten Tomatoes: 84%

A must see movie that keeps you on the edge of your seat or if you’re a scaredy cat, under your seat.
